1. Introduction Welcome to PDify. PDify is an AI-powered PDF summarizer application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclosure, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

A. Personal Information

• Authentication Data: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Email, we collect your email address and basic profile information via Firebase Authentication to manage your account.

B. User Content

• Uploaded Files: The PDF files you upload are stored securely in Google Firebase Storage for the purpose of processing and summarization.
• Generated Content: AI-generated summaries are stored in Google Firebase Firestore linked to your account.

C. Usage Data & Analytics

• We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with our App.
• We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect data (such as device identifiers) to show personalized ads.

3. Data Retention and Deletion
   • We retain your data as long as your account is active.
   • You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App (Profile -> Delete Account). This action permanently removes your personal information and uploaded files from our systems.

4. Security We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Your data is stored on secure Google Cloud servers (Firebase).

5. Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13.
